- Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of overdue payments
- Process payments using Salesforce and QuickBooks
- Resolve customer inquiries and disputes related to collections
- Monitor and report on collection performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve collection processes
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in collections
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills
- Adhere to company policies and procedures related to collections
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections or a related role
- Strong knowledge of financial software such as Salesforce and QuickBooks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Indonesian and English
- Certification in collections or a related field is a plus
- Must be willing to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
