📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage a team of employees, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the store is maintained to a high standard.
  • Monitor store sales and inventory levels, and ensure that we are meeting our targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Work closely with the General Manager to ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of store improvement initiatives.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role in the food service industry.
  • Strong understanding of our products, operations, and customer service standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
