You will be the primary trouble-shooter for all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues across our portfolio of luxury villas and resorts in Bali. As a MEP Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our properties are always in top condition. You will work closely with our team of engineers and contractors to implement and maintain our maintenance protocols, using industry-standard tools and software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SAP.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across our properties
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
• Collaborate with engineers and contractors to implement maintenance protocols and upgrades
• Perform preventive maintenance to extend the lifespan of equipment and systems
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and system performance
• Provide technical support to property managers and staff as needed
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) maintenance and repair
• Proven track record of working in a high-end hospitality or property management environment
• Certifications in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems (e.g., NATE, NCARB, or equivalent)
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SAP
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
