📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide bilingual support to employees and stakeholders in Spanish and English, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
• Administer and maintain HR systems and databases, such as SAP SuccessFactors and Workday.
• Stay up-to-date with local labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support the HR team in organizing and executing employee training and development programs.
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics to inform decision-making.
• Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations and administrative tasks.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Experience with HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in HR practices or a related field is a plus.
