📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide personalized and attentive service to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their stay.,Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, including handling luggage and coordinating with housekeeping staff.,Arrange and coordinate special requests and activities for guests, such as spa treatments, dining reservations, and cultural experiences.,Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in guest rooms and common areas, ensuring a pristine environment.,Act as a liaison between guests and various departments, such as housekeeping, dining, and concierge, to ensure seamless service delivery.,Monitor guest rooms and common areas for any maintenance or service needs, and report issues promptly to the appropriate departments.,Assist with event planning and coordination, including setting up and managing event spaces, and providing support to event staff and guests.,Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere, embodying the resort's values and contributing to a memorable guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional butler or concierge role in a luxury hospitality setting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of local languages, such as Indonesian or Balinese, is a plus.,A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service and guest satisfaction.,Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and circumstances.,Valid ID and work permit for Bali, Indonesia.,Familiarity with resort operations, amenities, and local attractions is desirable.
