Epson Precision is seeking a talented Production Planner to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. As a Production Planner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing production schedules, managing production resources, and ensuring efficient and effective production processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain production schedules and plans to meet customer demand and company goals.,Monitor and analyze production performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Manage production resources, including equipment, materials, and labor, to ensure optimal utilization and efficiency.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth production operations.,Implement and enforce production standards, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and quality.,Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.,Analyze production data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the production area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning and scheduling in a manufacturing environment.,Strong knowledge of production planning and scheduling software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Proven experience in managing production resources and ensuring optimal utilization and efficiency.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze production data and trends.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.,Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes is a plus.
