📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement infection prevention and control programs in healthcare facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with infection prevention standards.
• Provide training and education to healthcare staff on infection prevention practices.
• Monitor and report on infection rates and outbreaks, and develop strategies to prevent their occurrence.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive safe and effective care.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in infection prevention and control, and implement new strategies as needed.
• Work with the Regional Health Authority to develop and implement policies and procedures to prevent and control infections.
• Represent the Regional Health Authority at conferences, meetings, and other events related to infection prevention and control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Public Health, or a related field.
• Certification as an Infection Preventionist (CIP) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in infection prevention and control.
• Strong knowledge of infection prevention and control standards and guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using infection prevention and control software, such as Epic, Cerner, or similar systems.
