📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process monthly payroll for 50+ employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
• Manage employee benefits, including BPJS, tax deductions, and other compensation schemes.
• Prepare and distribute pay slips, tax forms, and other payroll-related documents.
• Conduct payroll audits and resolve any discrepancies to maintain financial accuracy.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth payroll operations and employee satisfaction.
• Stay updated with changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure data security and confidentiality.
• Provide payroll-related training and support to new employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a multinational or international company.
• Proficient in using payroll software such as SAP Payroll, Excel, and other relevant tools.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and tax regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
• Certification in payroll processing or related field is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
