📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute content strategies that align with our clients' goals and objectives.
• Create engaging and high-quality content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Manage and optimize our clients' social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring engagement metrics.
• Analyze social media performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement content calendars and campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
• Create and edit multimedia content, including images, videos, and graphics, using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Monitor and report on the performance of our clients' social media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Specialist, with a minimum of 2-3 years in the industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy and engage with audiences.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Creative and innovative thinker, with a passion for storytelling and visual design.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to adapt content for different audiences.
