📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences for halal products.
• Identify and recommend suitable halal products to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and developments in the halal industry.
• Educate clients about the importance of halal and thayyib products.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management.
• Attend industry events, seminars, and workshops to network and learn from peers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, particularly in the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
• Strong understanding of the halal certification process and halal industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.
• Passion for Islamic values and commitment to promoting halal products.
