You will work closely with our corporate office to implement best practices and strategies that enhance our market presence in Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage a team of 10-15 employees, providing leadership and support to achieve branch goals.
• Monitor and report on branch performance metrics, including sales, customer satisfaction, and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with the corporate office to drive strategic initiatives and improve branch performance.
• Manage inventory and procurement to ensure optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
• Proven track record of leading teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of compliance regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
