Accountant - Consumer Goods Distribution

We are currently seeking a meticulous and dedicated Accountant to join our professional finance team on a contract basis. As an Accountant, you will play a key role in managing our financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will work closely with our sales and operations teams to provide accurate financial information and support decision-making processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Process and reconcile bank statements, payroll, and other financial transactions.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
• Prepare and present financial statements for audits and other stakeholders.
• Provide financial support to the sales and operations teams as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a distribution or retail environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
