📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with GAAP and IFRS.
• Manage payroll processing, including tax compliance and employee benefits administration.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions using QuickBooks and other accounting software.
• Conduct regular financial analysis and provide strategic insights to support business decision-making.
• Develop and implement cost-saving measures and process improvements to optimize financial performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounting and financial management.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior accounting staff to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting software, including QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Certification in accounting or financial management, such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA, is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements in Indonesia and the Asia-Pacific region.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment is a plus.
