In this role, you will be responsible for managing our inventory systems, conducting regular stocktakes, and ensuring that our inventory levels are optimized to meet demand. You will work closely with our procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure that our inventory processes are seamless and efficient.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize inventory processes using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Conduct regular stocktakes and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Work with procurement teams to manage supplier deliveries and ensure timely receipt of goods.
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth inventory flow and support production schedules.
• Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and trends to continuously improve inventory management processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Proficient in using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and standards related to inventory management.
