📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the construction and installation of furniture and woodwork projects, ensuring they meet high-quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other technical professionals to translate design concepts into practical construction plans.
• Manage project timelines and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure that all construction activities adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the project team, addressing any issues that arise during the construction process.
• Maintain detailed records of project progress, including materials used, labor hours, and any modifications made.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to understand client requirements and ensure that projects are delivered according to their specifications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil construction, with a focus on furniture and woodwork projects.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
