As an Assistant Manager/Manager, Legal & Compliance, your daily tasks will involve reviewing and advising on legal matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting the development and implementation of policies and procedures. You will work closely with the legal team, other departments, and external stakeholders to address legal issues and ensure smooth operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Review and advise on legal matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in the preparation and negotiation of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Monitor and report on regulatory changes and their potential impact on the organization.
• Provide legal support to departments and teams, addressing legal issues and ensuring compliance.
• Conduct training and awareness sessions on legal and compliance matters for employees.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel and stakeholders to address legal issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure the organization's legal and compliance documentation is up-to-date and accurately maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal or compliance role, preferably in a healthcare or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international legal and regulatory requirements, particularly in the healthcare sector.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with legal software and tools such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
