Bright Global Jaya is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse in Kendari. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and inventory management, and a passion for ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.,Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing training and guidance as needed.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the warehouse.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate and up-to-date records are maintained.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.,Implement and maintain warehouse management systems and procedures.,Identify and implement improvements to warehouse processes to increase efficiency and productivity.,Ensure that all warehouse activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse management role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the workplace.,Valid driver's license and ability to operate a forklift.
