📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the mechanical and piping operations, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project timelines.,Coordinate with the engineering team to ensure the design and construction of mechanical and piping systems meet specifications.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of mechanical and piping equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.,Manage and mentor a team of mechanical and piping technicians, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and productivity.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful completion of projects and the achievement of company goals.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Identify and implement improvements in mechanical and piping processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.,Maintain accurate records of mechanical and piping operations, including work orders, maintenance schedules, and equipment performance data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Piping Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical and piping supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of mechanical and piping systems, materials, and equipment.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of technicians.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and standards.,Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for mechanical and piping design and analysis.
