PT Maju Berkah is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Medical Representative to join our team in Klaten, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the medical field and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and nurses.,Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare facilities and individual practitioners.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth.,Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network and educate healthcare professionals.,Provide product training and education to healthcare professionals to ensure they are knowledgeable about our products.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Medical Representative or similar role in the pharmaceutical industry.,Strong understanding of the medical field and pharmaceutical products.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.
