HALO Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Manager to join our team in Dili. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the company hires the best talent.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Manage employee relations, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Manage payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance.,Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role.,Proven track record of success in managing HR functions and driving organizational success.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using HR software and systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetum languages is a plus.
