📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients regarding CIF shipments.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to ensure competitive and profitable shipping rates.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to maintain a strong position in the industry.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient shipping processes.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer service and pricing.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on customer service and pricing best practices.
  • Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term business partnerships.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service and pricing roles within the logistics industry.
  • Strong understanding of international shipping regulations and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian languages.
