📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the security team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.,Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of the mall and its occupants.,Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and mitigate risks.,Respond to security incidents and emergencies in a timely and effective manner, working closely with law enforcement agencies as needed.,Monitor and maintain security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement security strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Provide leadership and guidance to the security team, fostering a culture of safety and security.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management, preferably in a retail or mall environment.,Strong knowledge of security policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team, and to make sound decisions under pressure.,Familiarity with security technology and systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.,Understanding of local laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Ability to work long and irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
