As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our restaurant, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage a team of staff, including chefs, waitstaff, and support staff, to ensure they are trained, motivated, and performing at their best.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and to drive sales growth.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and that all staff are trained in food safety practices.,Manage budgets and financial performance, and ensure that the restaurant is operating profitably.,Provide exceptional customer service, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar establishment.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.,Ability to work well under pressure and to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian languages.
