In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the growth and success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.,Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and presentations.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and gaps.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops to ensure effective knowledge transfer.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to integrate learning and development initiatives into the overall business strategy.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees to help them achieve their professional goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on training and development.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR-related software is a plus.
