Develop and maintain strategic sourcing plans to ensure optimal procurement processes.,Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.,Monitor and analyze procurement spend to identify cost-saving opportunities.,Ensure compliance with all purchasing policies and procedures.,Manage inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely delivery of materials.,Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and implement improvement actions.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and inventory control.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.🛠️ Keahlian
