The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our procurement processes and ensuring that we source the best quality materials at the most competitive prices. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Monitor market trends and price fluctuations to ensure that we are sourcing materials at the most competitive prices.,Ensure that all procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Prepare and maintain procurement reports and documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and supplier evaluations.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that procurement activities support the overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order management.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
