📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, inventory management, and staff scheduling.,Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Managing the restaurant's budget and financial performance.,Implementing and monitoring quality control measures to maintain high standards of food and service.,Training and developing staff to improve their performance and skills.,Resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer service.,Monitoring and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant operations management.,Proven track record of managing a team and improving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
