📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily offset printing operations, ensuring high-quality output and meeting production targets.
• Manage and mentor a team of operators, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and best practices.
• Monitor and maintain production equipment, including offset presses, printing plates, and associated machinery.
• Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery of print jobs.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process optimization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in offset printing operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of offset printing processes, including pre-press, press operations, and post-press.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software such as Adobe InDesign, CorelDRAW, and other relevant printing software.
• Certification in safety and health at work (e.g., SHEET, Safety Officer) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
