• Ensure all luxury suites and cabins are meticulously cleaned and stocked with premium amenities daily.
• Use Housekeeping Management Software (HKMS) to manage room assignments and track maintenance requests efficiently.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in all guest rooms and suites.
• Handle and manage guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure seamless operations and high guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in luxury hospitality.
• Contribute to a positive and motivating work environment for the entire team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Familiarity with Housekeeping Management Software (HKMS) or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle guest interactions professionally.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and excellence.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Valid ID and the right to work in Indonesia.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
