📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the accounting function, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial analysis and advice to support business decisions.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements and tax filings.,Lead and mentor junior accountants and staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial records.,Stay updated with the latest accounting practices and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.,Professional accounting certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
