📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure that all food and beverage products are prepared and served according to high standards of quality and safety.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment for both staff and customers.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Train and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory requirements.,Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the restaurant industry.,Proven track record of success in managing a high-volume restaurant.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu development and cost control.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.
