Resto Putri Auto Service is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Purchasing Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our purchasing processes to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery of materials. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement purchasing strategies to meet the company's needs and budget.,Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure quality products and services at competitive prices.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms.,Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders to maintain optimal stock.,Evaluate and select new suppliers to diversify our supply chain.,Analyze purchasing data to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Ensure compliance with all purchasing policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles.,Strong knowledge of purchasing software and systems.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.,Proven track record of cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Understanding of industry standards and best practices.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
