📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage and train a team of sales associates to meet sales targets.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Assist in planning and executing promotional events and sales.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in retail.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry is a plus.
