Develop and maintain strong relationships with key international clients and partners.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets.,Manage and oversee the execution of international business projects and initiatives.,Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify potential risks and opportunities.,Provide strategic advice and recommendations to senior management on international business matters.,Build and lead a team of relationship managers to achieve business objectives.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in international business transactions.,Represent CIMB Niaga in international business forums and events to enhance our brand presence and visibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, International Relations, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in international business relationship management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing and developing international business relationships.,Strong negotiation and communication skills in English and other relevant languages.,Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills with a keen understanding of international business dynamics.,Knowledge of international banking regulations, laws, and ethical standards.,Experience in leading and managing a team of relationship managers.,Strong leadership and people management skills.
