📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management practices.,Reviewing financial statements and records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.,Identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Collaborating with various departments to understand business processes and identify potential risks.,Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control systems.,Providing guidance and support to other departments on audit-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Professional certification in Internal Auditing (e.g., CIA, CPA) is a plus.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using audit software and spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel).,Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
