You will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and driving brand awareness. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain our company's social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn,Create and schedule engaging content, including images, videos, and posts, to promote our brand and products,Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media platforms,Analyze social media metrics and performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices,Ensure that our social media content aligns with our brand guidelines and values,Report on social media performance and insights to senior management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or a similar role,Proven track record of creating and executing successful social media campaigns,Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using social media analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar,Familiarity with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva,Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
