📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee all kitchen operations and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Develop and implement food menus that meet customer preferences and company standards.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory and purchasing to optimize costs and ensure availability of ingredients.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Participate in cost control measures to ensure profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.
• Proven track record of managing kitchen teams and ensuring food quality.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with local and international cuisines.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
