📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Greet customers with a friendly and professional manner
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our services
  • Schedule and manage appointments for customers
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
