📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Nurse in providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with procedures.,Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients.,Document patient records accurately and maintain confidentiality.,Assist in the preparation and sterilization of medical equipment and supplies.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.,Promote a positive and respectful work environment for both patients and colleagues.,Assist in the development and implementation of nursing care plans.,Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Nurse in a hospital or healthcare facility.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures.,Familiarity with hospital information systems and electronic health records.,Ability to lift and move patients as required.,Professional and compassionate attitude towards patients and colleagues.
