Fast Sky Group is seeking a dedicated Commis Chef to join our team in Dili. As a Commis Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, assisting the Head Chef, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment.,Prepare food ingredients and ensure they are stored properly.,Assist in the preparation of buffets and other food displays.,Help with inventory management and ordering of supplies.,Assist in training new kitchen staff and maintaining a positive work environment.,Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to follow health and safety regulations.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetum is a plus.
