🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare administration, patient care, or a related role.
• Certification in Healthcare Quality Improvement (CHQI) or similar relevant certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
