📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure compliance with safety protocols.,Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for restocking.,Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Implement and monitor inventory management systems to optimize stock levels.,Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and efficiency of warehouse processes.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the warehouse team.,Ensure all warehouse activities are documented and reported accurately.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse management role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes.,Valid driver's license and ability to operate a forklift.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
