📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing retail sales operations to meet and exceed targets.,Provide excellent customer service to both retail clients and internal teams.,Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.,Assist in the organization and execution of retail promotions and events.,Support the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales goals.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail sales software and systems.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Ability to travel for business purposes.
