📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process and manage financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and reimbursements.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documents.,Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for payment processing.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.,Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.,Handle bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial records.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or administrative role.,Strong knowledge of financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent organizational and time-management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
