📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.,Manage the store, including stock control, pricing, and promotions.,Ensure the store is clean, organized, and meets health and safety standards.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Assist with the preparation and presentation of merchandise for sales.,Promote the store and its products to attract and retain customers.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Shop Assistant or similar role.,Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations.,Good knowledge of retail operations and merchandise handling.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items with ease.,Proven ability to work well in a team and independently.
