In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and coordinating various administrative and operational activities to support the overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general affairs, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and coordinating administrative and operational activities.,Support the General Manager in developing and implementing company policies and procedures.,Oversee and manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and communication.,Assist in organizing and conducting company meetings and events.,Handle and manage employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR department in recruiting and onboarding new employees.,Assist in managing company finances, including budgeting and expense tracking.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of general affairs and administrative procedures.,Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
